What kind of clients do you support?
We specialize in small businesses, professional services, and organizations in the Vail Valley. We also work remotely with clients across the U.S. If you use Microsoft 365 or care about secure IT infrastructure, you’re probably a good fit.
What services do you offer?
Wavefinity provides:
- Microsoft 365 migrations
- DNS and domain support
- Email and data protection
- Remote IT support
- Cybersecurity hardening
- Network installs and upgrades
- Starlink and Ubiquiti setup
- Project-based consulting
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Our typical response time is within 1 business day. Clients on a support plan may receive same day or priority response depending on their tier.
Can I get help on weekends or after hours?
Yes. Emergency support is available 24/7 for clients on an active support plan. Weekend support for non clients is by appointment.
Do you offer one-time help or just monthly support?
Both. If you need a quick fix or a long-term partner, we’re here for it. Our monthly plans offer better value and priority response, but we also take on project work and occasional support tickets.
What does your onboarding process look like?
We start with a short discovery call, collect details about your current setup, and set up secure remote access. Then we document your environment and support preferences in our system. You’ll know what to expect at every step.
How do I get started?
Just reach out here. We’ll schedule a quick intro call and see if we’re a fit. It’s no-pressure, no-pitch. Just clarity.
Do you work with residential customers?
Not usually. We focus on businesses, but we do make exceptions for referrals, VIPs, or local homeowners with unique setups. If you’re in the Vail Valley and want help, reach out and let’s talk.
