By using our services, you agree to:

- Pay agreed-upon fees on time
- Respect the tools, licences, and systems we help set up
We’ll always outline what’s included before starting a project or subscription. No surprises, no pressure.
3. Payment and Subscriptions
Some services are billed one-time, others monthly (e.g., Microsoft 365 licensing). We’ll always confirm pricing before anything is billed.
If you want to cancel a recurring service, just give us a heads-up — ideally before the next billing cycle.
4. Using Third-Party Tools
We use trusted platforms like Microsoft, Cloudflare, and others to help you get things done. These services have their own terms — we’ll guide you, but we don’t control them.
Our role is to make sure they work for you, not against you.
5. Stuff Happens
We take care to do things right, but no system is perfect.
- We can’t promise there will never be an issue
- We will always aim to make it right if something’s on us
- We’re not liable for indirect losses (e.g., downtime or data loss), especially from third-party platforms
6. Privacy and Respect
We treat your data and time with care. We don’t sell or share your personal information.
